Where good food kinks are glorified

My first ever triathlon is the Stratford Sprint Triathlon in May. However I have made a decision to also take part in the Blenheim Triathlon in June as well.

I am taking part in the Blenheim triathlon in memory of Lulu Lleshi, a little angel whom my dearest friends have lost due to her diagnosis of Trisomy 18.
Trisomy 18 is a chromosome defect and a worrying risk for all expectant mothers. Once diagnosed, a child rarely survives beyond a few days after birth, or even through the full term of pregnancy. To have a child with Trisomy 18 can be like a lucky dip, you will always have a chance of it. For many expectant parents, to receive this news is one of the most devastating things that could happen.

Lulu Lleshi should have had the chance to live on this world and the heartbreak that my friends went through is beyond many people’s imagination.

I am raising money for SOFT UK (Support Organisation For Trisomy 13/18) and Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals Charitable Funds, for their dedicated work and care of those who have to endure such traumatic experience.

Please make a donation and I endeavour to race as hard as I could in return for your generosity.
